Tankless water heating solution
This new Navien NPE-180S tankless water heater was installed after removing the older natural-draft tank-style water heater. We installed a new Grundfos Alpha comfort recirculation pump and bypass valve to give the customer recirculating hot water in their home. This water heater is 96% efficient and will save the customer money, and save them time waiting at the faucet for hot water with the recirculation pump and bypass valve installed.

Whether new construction or renovation, James Ball can install in-floor water heated systems in your house our business. Hydronic in-floor heating, using Uponor HelioPex oxygen barrier tubing, is an excellent way to deliver cost-efficient comfortable heat to any space.
Combi-Boiler Installation
James Ball Plumbing & Heating installed a Navien heating and domestic boiler in the household. The project involved removing an existing natural draft boiler and installing a new boiler system, complete with new venting, circulation pump, gas lines, air separator, automatic glycol feeder and more.
This Navien boiler supplies heated water to the baseboard heat throughout the house as well as the domestic hot water.
