Recent Residential and Commercial Boiler Projects
Lower Canada Combi-Boiler Installation
- Installed a Navien heating and domestic boiler.
- Removed existing natural draft boiler and installed a new boiler system complete with new venting, circulation pump, gas lines, air separator, automatic glycol feeder and more.
- This Navien boiler does the baseboard heat in the house as well as the domestic hot water.
- High efficiency condensing unit, saves $$$ on your gas bill, 95% efficiency rating.

- Navien NCB-190 combi boiler.

Frederick Street Twin Heating Boiler Installation
- Removed an existing natural draft fired heating boiler serving this 12 plex in Kitchener.
- Re-worked all the heating piping inside of the mechanical room
- Installed two Navien firetube boilers and designed the primary and secondary heating loops. We installed the boiler on closely spaced tees on the primary loop.
- Ran all new flue gas venting, gas lines, hydronic waterlines & pumps.
- Installed two new valves on the primary loop, air separator, boiler water fill, condensate neutralizers and all other components to get this customer’s heat back on right before Christmas.
